1. Eligibility - All events are USBC sanctioned. All bowlers must have a current USBC membership card or purchase one at the tournament site. All bowling is scratch (no handicap).
2. Closing Date - Entries close on the day of each event. You have until the end of the 15 minute practice session to enter at each tournament site.
3. Dress Code - There is no formal dress code, with the only exception that no vulgar or demeaning language will be worn on clothing at any time. Please do not attempt to disgrace our host centers.
4. Bowling on the Wrong Lane or Out of Order – USBC rules apply.
5. Ties - For a tie for the position in the qualifying round, the high game of the block will determine position. In case of a tie for the 16th spot in the finals, a one (1) game roll-off will be played. For a tie game in the Match Play Finals, both players will receive 15 bonus pins. For a tie in the final standings, except the championship, prize money will be split equally. In case of a tie for the title, a 9th and 10th frame roll-off will be played.
6. Pay-off Ratio - 1 out of every 3 bowlers will cash. All prize money returned 100%.
7. Payment - Cash and checks will be accepted for entry fees. All optional fees (Brackets, High Game and HQ pot) must be paid in cash only. Any returned checks will be collected at "triple damages" ($110.00 bad check costs you $300.00 if sued). Any bad check not picked-up within 10 days of notification will be turned over to the City Attorney, Seattle Wa., for collection and prosecution. If you don't have the funds in your account... Don't write a check.
8. Grand Finals - The May 2009 event will be a Grand Finals and open only to bowlers who have entered at least two (2) of the seven (7) WCT tournaments between September 2008 and April 2009.
9. Brackets - Bracket participation will be limited to a total of $200.00 per bowler. No exceptions.
10. Lane Courtesy - Basically no "Double Jumping" (one pair each side). Explanation before each squad.
11. Disputes - Any rules not covered above will be determined by USBC playing rules. The tournament Director, or his appointed assistant, reserves the right to settle all disputes.
